Text Size and Presentation
This site is designed to allow users to resize text on these pages to aid readibility. Many common browsers allow you to change the font size of web sites in the "View" Menu.
These pages are legible even if stylesheets are turned off. Also, some browsers, like Netscape or Mozilla allow you to use an alternate stylesheet that increases the font size.
Navigation Aids
Users of browsers like Mozilla have access to a number of links that allow them to easily navigate the site from a toolbar. To turn on the toolbar, select the "View" Menu, then "Show/Hide", and turn on the "Site Navigation Bar".
